We know there are a lot of activities for your children and are excited to make Art Adventures, a sophisticated and welcoming arts enrichment league, on the top of your list!  All CCA classes focus on social & child development and experimentation in a team-building, inclusive environment. New to Art Adventures?  Now in our 24th year, CCA programs offer myriad art material exploration, artistic development, have between 2:1-3:1 student-teacher ratio, combining a passion for art-making with famous artists, museums, Modern, Multicultural and Contemporary art and current exhibits.

We use of a wide variety of media and techniques including experimenting with a variety of drawing tools, pencils, charcoal, pastels, specialty markers as well as different types of paint, clay, wood, plaster, wire, papier-mâché, magnets, fabric, 3D dioramas, recyclables, stop-motion animation, animé, portraits and more!

Older students are introduced to more advanced techniques and art vocabulary related to elevated media such as a variety of specialty pencils, blending tools, inks, drawing & sculpting tools.

Myriad museums and galleries of NYC provide us with ample ideas from which to create, keeping our curriculum current with the art world of today.

• 2:1-3:1 student-teacher ratio for individualized attention.
• Children may take a field trip to a NYC Museum, Gallery or Central Park each semester.
• CCA teachers are practicing artists.
