Event Details

(1 hr, 30 min.) (Min. 5, Max 12)

This playful acting class is designed for the budding and seasoned young acting student interested in exploring and deepening their experience with the joy and craft of acting.

Harvard trained Acting Teacher, Dina Ann Comolli, will offer inspiring ensemble building theatre games, acting exercises and techniques to approaching scripted monologues, duo scenes and on-camera acting experiments.

Rehearsal and text work will reveal a sense of Character (who we are), Given Circumstances (where we are) and Action (why we are doing what we are doing.)

Expect a splash of spontaneity, though, as we play with improvisation, vocal warm-ups and theatrical movement. A Performance Sharing of Monologues and short Duo Scenes for friends and family will round out this All About Acting journey with applause!
